Terms of Service

By using BabyView3D's website, booking system, or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these terms.

BabyView3D provides elective, non-diagnostic 2D, 3D, 4D, and HD ultrasound imaging services for entertainment and bonding purposes only. Our services are not a substitute for prenatal care.

All fees for services are payable at or before the time of service. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Refunds: Deposits are refundable when cancellations are made more than 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations, no-shows, or after a session has been completed.

Elective ultrasound services, when performed by trained staff using approved equipment following ALARA principles, are considered safe. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of elective ultrasound and consent to the service.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, misrepresent your identity, engage in abusive behavior toward staff, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
